• Place on a clean, microwave-safe plate
• Heat 20–30 seconds at a time
• Gently shake between intervals
• Do not exceed 1–2 minutes total
• Allow to cool slightly before use
• Never overheat

Seal in a clean bag and chill in the freezer for 30–60 minutes.

Caulene was very responsive when I inquired about an all-cotton pillow since I despise minky fleece fabric. She accommodated my request and I love my pillow! I use it every evening to help me relax, and I use it help regulate myself during my therapy sessions. It’s like having my 10lb cat on my lap without taking them out of the house 😺 The only thing that could make these better is having a plain pillow with the fun fabric as a slip-on cover, since they’re spot clean only.
